CAN WE SHAKE HANDS ON IT? SAY YES? OR DOES IT NEED TO BE IN FORMAL WRITING? CULTURAL DIVERSITY WILL ALSO DETERMINE THE ENDING OF THE NEGOTIATION – COMMUNICATION IS KEY TO NEGOTIATIONS. WHAT KIND OF COMMUNICATION HAPPENS WITH THE NEGOTIATION CAN BE DETERMINED BY THE CULTURE OF THE NEGOTIATORS. SOME CULTURES NEED ALL NEGOTIATIONS IN WRITING
