MSW SOWK 781 FOUNDATION AND BSW SOWK 481 SENIOR YEAR
FIELD PRACTICUM LEARNING CONTRACT for FALL 2021
The M/BSW Foundation Field Placement Learning Contract (FPLC) is a written learning agreement established between the student, field instructor, and the College of Social Work (COSW) at the University of South Carolina (USC) for each TERM (not year). BSW Generalist/ MSW Foundation field instruction is part of the COSW’s competency-based curriculum, designed to comply with the 2008 Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)’s Educational Policy and Accreditation Standards (EPAS). The FPLC should be viewed as a flexible, working document that guides the learning process for the academic term.
